The apartment is located in one of the most exclusive new buildings in Dubai on EMAAR beach front.
Our client bought it ready to live in – the floors, as in most homes of Dubai, were covered in tiles, the kitchen was neutral, as well as bathrooms and wardrobes – a design to fit anyone. The client came to us with a request to completely redo the space.
To design this space we used natural colors and natural materials – wood, onyx and agate, a palette of milky, green and grey colors. We moved some of the walls, created built-in storage in the hallway, zoned the bedrooms more functionally, and redid the wardrobes.
The size of the apartment is 130 sq. m., including a living room, a kitchen, a master bedroom, a guest room, two bathrooms, and a small laundry room. The windows and the corner terrace that surround the apartment offer a stunning view of the Palm and the Jumeirah area.
